Opening the World of Learning

Opening the World of Learning is a comprehensive, integrated curriculum covering all domains of early learning: language, mathematics, science, social studies, arts, physical development, and social and emotional development. Opening the World of Learning provides teachers with a variety of materials to implement six thematic units: Family; Friends; Wind and Water; The World of Color; Shadows and Reflections; and, Things That Grow. It is linked to an assessment tool to support teachers' individualized instruction. The consistent format and features in every unit makes it easy for teachers to use and children to learn.

Currently, four states have approved this curriculum for their pre-k programs: Arkansas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
